One place for every order
An internal order management system for Anasuya Couture, the couture label whose social media I run. It covers orders, measurements, production, quality checks, delivery and payments.
It is a staff tool: the login screen says so, and nothing in it is public.
Every made-to-measure order, from measurements to delivery, in one place.
What it keeps track of
It follows each order from intake through measurements, payment, materials, production, quality check and delivery, and it flags what is overdue and what is still owed.
Built around the floor
The production board mirrors how a garment is actually made, one stage at a time.
- Production boardA drag-and-drop board through eight stages, with an owner and due date on every card.
- OrdersFilter by status, priority, payment and who it’s assigned to. Search by order, customer or phone. Export to CSV.
- DashboardWhat needs attention, orders by status and upcoming deliveries.
- StatusesFrom new order through measurements, production, quality check and delivery, plus returns and refunds.
- PrioritiesLow, normal, high and urgent.
- PaymentsUnpaid, partly paid or paid in full, on every order.
The core screens
Login, dashboard, orders and the production board are built. Customers, quality check, delivery, payments, reports, catalogue, materials and settings sit in the same sidebar.
Screens aren’t shown here because they contain real customer details.
Measurements to delivery.
Built for the label. It’s a staff tool, so there’s nothing public to visit.
