What AUREN does

AUREN re-angles the listing photos a short-stay property already has. AI re-takes each photo from a better camera position, then every image is checked object by object against the host’s own photos, including other angles of the same room.

If an AI image adds, removes, moves, enlarges or upgrades anything a guest would notice, it is rejected and the real photo goes in. For every image that passes, the host is told what the AI changed.

It is built for property managers and co-hosts on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, starting in Hyderabad.

If an AI image changes something a guest would notice, the real photo goes in.

02The problem

The property isn’t the problem

Plenty of listings go up with the phone photos owners send in: shot from the doorway, with the phone tilted, in portrait. All three make a room look smaller than it is.

AI editing tools can fix the angle, but they redraw rooms without saying what changed, on platforms that remove misleading photos. AUREN keeps the better angle and drops the guesswork.

03The approach

The check is the product

The check isn’t a feature bolted on at the end. When an AI image fails, the real photo goes in instead, and the host always knows which is which.

  • SendYour photos and the listing link.
  • ReviewEvery shot is looked at first; any worth retaking is flagged.
  • Re-angleAI re-takes each photo level and landscape, then it is checked twice, object by object.
  • DeliverSized for Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Every AI image is marked in its filename, with what changed.
  • AdjustWork continues from your notes.
  • What we refuseAnything that hides what a guest will find on arrival: a camera, damage, building work next door.
04What’s built

A public site, start to finish

I designed and built the site, wrote the copy, and made the films on it.

  • ChaptersWork, Services, About and Contact, with an index nav and an opening sequence.
  • Hero filmA one-minute film with pause, sound and full screen.
  • Enquiry flowFour steps; every enquiry is stored before it is emailed, so none can be lost.
  • DisclosureAI images carry a made-by-AI tag in the file, and the site publishes its honesty rules.
  • FilmsShort explainers and ads I made, including the showreel on my home page.

  • Body text uses two pairs only: Charcoal on Ivory, and Ivory on Deep Wine.
  • Deep Wine never meets Charcoal as text and ground.
  • Sage carries no body text; Stone is never text on Ivory.
  • The wordmark is AUREN in Archivo 500 capitals, tracked wide, in Ivory, Deep Wine or Charcoal only.
  • No sparkles, wands, glows, lens flares, house icons, gold foil or gradients.
  • Every AI image wears a solid Deep Wine label, never smaller than its caption and never over the part the AI changed.
