01The project

A brief that writes itself

Every morning at 5:38, before I’m up, an agent runs on its own. It reads what changed overnight and rewrites one page I open first.

I designed the page, wrote the agent’s instructions and keep tightening both.

It counts what I actually sent, not what I built.

02What it reads

Everything that wants something from me

  • InboxesEvery inbox I point at it, each checked on its own. Newsletters and receipts are filtered out.
  • CalendarToday’s events.
  • My own logWhat I planned yesterday against what I did.
03What it writes

One page, three things

It changes only the page’s data, never its code, so a bad morning can’t break the dashboard.

  • TodayThree things, in order, each with why it matters and a deadline.
  • ProjectsEvery project with one line of fact and the next step, grouped by now, waiting on me and parked.
  • EmailsOnly the ones that need me, with a reply already drafted. Sending takes two taps and asks first.
  • NightFrom 8 pm the page turns navy.
04The rules

Honest by design

Never invent a number, a reply or a payment. If a source fails, it says unavailable, never zero.

Anything it asks for three mornings running gets a plain question: do it or drop it.

The real page, October 2026, filled with made-up sample data. My own mail, plans and numbers stay private. Tap or click a screen to open it full size.

Read before I’m up.

It’s a private page, so there’s no link to visit.
